Decoder, a rapidly growing digital marketing agency seeks a web developer to help with site builds and more. Projects are often WordPress-based, but extra Reddit gold if you have familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.
We’re looking for a creative problem solver who can think strategically and turn detailed mock-ups and functional specs into powerful digital experiences. Our focus is on delivering exceptional work that makes a meaningful impact on our clients’ businesses.
This is a contract-to-hire gig that will have variable hours and ramp up over 90 days, at which point we will be looking to hire the right candidate.
What we’re looking for:
• ~3 – 5 years of experience with web development
• Fluency in HTML, CSS, SASS, PHP and Git
• Some Javascript and/or jQuery experience
• Proficient in WordPress
• Proactive, problem-solving nature
• Ability to work autonomously

What to expect

Hours are flexible, but we will rely on you to be communicative about your availability, project / task estimates and realistic deadlines for your work.
Compensation depends on your experience, but it’s an open conversation.
